The next step is to mix in one tablespoon of baking soda into three liters of water and soak your feet in it. Once you have finished wipe your feet with a towel and then apply a coating of the bay leaves and alcohol mixture. Put on your socks and go to sleep.2. Bay Leaf Tea

- 300 ml of water
Preparations:
The first thing you need to do is boil the leaves, then transfer the liquid in a thermos and let it stay overnight to cool off.
